How The Luminol handles your information.

The Luminol collects the information needed to review fit, research your company, build the service you request, communicate with you, and protect the website from abuse.

Information you provide

When you complete the Company Profile, you may provide your name, work email, company name, website, offer, audience, goals, competitors, proof, marketing activity, team capacity, constraints, marketing budget ranges, research or planning tools and subscription costs, paid team or contractor time, vendor costs, performance baselines, and other business context. Do not submit confidential information that is not needed for the service, passwords, login links, payment details, or private access credentials.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and form-processing providers may receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device data, referral page, and submission time for delivery, analytics, security, and spam prevention.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review fit, define scope, create company-specific research and strategy, identify potential growth and marketing-efficiency opportunities, deliver the Monthly Intelligence Brief, answer service questions, maintain the company intelligence record, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Other service providers may process information only as needed to support research, communication, billing, storage, or delivery.

Company Profile drafts

Draft Company Profile responses are saved in your browser when you use the save or automatic draft feature. The Luminol receives the responses only when you submit the form.

Retention and requests

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by replying to a message from The Luminol or by submitting the Company Profile with “Privacy request” in the final field.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows the latest published version.
